Purpose of breeding

  • It is unreal that this kennel breeds these beautiful breeds out of love to the breeds.
  • The only possible goal of the Balihara Ranch kennel is to profit from the sale of puppies.
  • The owner of the Balihara Ranch kennel, Mrs. Jana Stefancova,  is proud of her expensive life on her private Facebook account.
  • If she manages to work and study in addition to so many owned dogs and such a large production of puppies, she cannot devote her time to dogs that are neglected.
  • On the contrary, a typical feature of a regular puppymill is that he tries to give the impression that he does not live from selling dogs. He tries to give the impression that he also has other jobs and education (many times directly in cynology and in the industry related to animal breeding) – so as not to give the impression that the person lives only from the reproduction and animal suffering.
  • The average price of Swiss Mountain Dog puppies ranges from 1000 Euros to 3000 Euros and more from reputable breeders. It is therefore a realistic view that for the sale of 2500 puppies during its existence, Mrs. Jana Stefancova could earn a total of 2.5 million to 5 million Euros, maybe even more. Plus, it is necessary to add the profit from the sale of other breeds this lady produces (Norfolk terriers), as well as breeding with her males. Even if this does not include the cost of breeding, it is clear that the production of puppies is an excellent earning activity. The question remains whether the owner of Balihara Ranch kennel pays income taxes. A number of puppies can be sold for cash. At the same time, it should be taken into account that the average salary in Slovakia, where this kennel operates, is around 1000 Euros per month. So the profit from the production of puppies is breathtaking considering the country’s standards.
  • Both the Balihara Ranch website page and Facebook accounts (both the owner Mrs. Jana Stefancova and the Balihara Ranch kennel itself) try to give the impression that you are buying a puppy from a breeder with good manners and a reputation. After looking at the pages, you get the feeling that the dogs are well taken care of and that the animals live happy lives.
  • Despite the fact that the site attracts you at first glance with numerous dogs, the site does not even have listed one quarter of the total number of dogs owned and produced by the kennel.
  • The website offers only current litters. The visitor will not learn about the total number of litters bred in the kennel, nor about the number of owned animals.
  • The contact on the page is only an email and a phone number with no address. Only the Pezinok area. Do they want to avoid a personal visit?
